The position is located at:
Norfolk, Nebraska |
| This individual will be responsible for all clerical duties involved in the administration of Affiliated Foods Midwest's Warehouse and Retail Group Health, Life, Dental and Short Term Disability Plans and COBRA Administration. They will also be in direct contact with the Retailers and Affiliated Employees, and must possess excellent communications skills. They will be responsible for all computer data entry of insurance applications and billings. They will assist the Health and Life Insurance Supervisor with all clerical duties involved with renewals, billings, and plan audits. They will be working with privacy issues, such as PHI and HIPPA laws. Other duties as assigned and must be willing to be cross-trained in multiple areas. |
| Must be licensed in life and health insurance. Would prefer a person with group life and health/dental insurance background. Must have had administrative/clerical experience. Proficient in Word, Excel and has strong data entry and ten key skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize appropriately. Excellent people and time management skills. Have a high degree of Integrity to deal with Privacy Issues. Confidentiality is critical! Strong customer service skills are an absolute! |
